The question is...who left the scissors out so a curious little boy could see what he could do with them? hmmm....the blame does not fall on the little boy alone!
At least the cost of growing the hair back is free. You know who just dropped his mother's keys down the elevator shaft. Now that's funny! And I think he should share no blame cause he shouldn't have had the keys in the first place. So whats cheaper, keys & remote or an elevator repairman.

The curious little boy is almost 8 years old, I really would have thought he'd be past the scissor and hair stage.
